Lyrical & Modern Combo

Lyrical dance is a wonderful way for dancers to learn to truly express themselves as artists. We tell stories of love, sadness, friendship and hope through this genre. Lyrical is a combination of the techniques learned in ballet, jazz and modern. Choreography encompasses the use of balance, flexibility and control utilizing the lyrics and feeling of the music. This genre is only offered to level 3 dancers and up. Modern focuses on creating strong lines and shapes with our body while using our core and breath to express our movement.
